Project Description

Located on a prominent site in Willetton, bounded by Roe Highway, South Street and Vahland Avenue, the project will see the existing site subdivided into one super-lot dedicated to the church, as well as 41 residential lots and two public open space lots. The new church building will comprise a modern and well appointed 1400-seat auditorium, a 400-seat multi-purpose hall and a 200-seat multi-purpose hall, as well as backstage facilities, music practice rooms and loading dock, foyer, café / food preparation area, ablutions and classrooms. Completing the facility is a 185-bay undercroft car park, 315-bay on-grade car park, office space, ground level access, vehicle ramp, administration office and landscaping.

Ensured a cost effective delivery of the project as a result of avoiding costly delays due to BCA non-compliances and reducing the Statutory Approval and Certification timeframes.
